performance is reduced.
Speed too low. Air leaks
from the output.
Drive does not rotate.
Compressed air leaks from
the output.
Tool does not switch off.

Parts of the motor are
worn, or jammed due to
excessive lubrication.
Compressed air pressure
too low.
The flow of air is blocked
due to dirt.
Motor is jammed due to a
build-up of deposits.
The O-ring on the throttle
valve is dislocated or
defective.

Lubricate the clutch
housing.
Ensure that the tool is not
excessively lubricated.
The clutch housing must
only be half full with oil.

compressed air system for
dirt.
Lubricate the tool as
described in this manual.
Repeat the steps above if
necessary.
Lubricate the tool as
described in this manual.
Disconnect the tool from
the compressed air supply.
If possible, move the
chisel manually.
Replace the O ring
