1. M ake sure the iron is unplugged. Set the Steam Lever to

3. F ill water cup with water. Pour water into iron water reservoir. Do not fill water
reservoir beyond maximum fill level.

When the iron is plugged in, the Auto-Off activates automatically after 30 minutes.
The Auto-Off will activate in any position after the 30 minutes. Once the Auto-Off
activates, the power indicator light will turn off and the iron stops heating.
To restart the iron: Press the Restart Button (Power Indicator Light).
If you do NOT want to iron any longer, move the Variable Steam Lever to
and the Fabric Select Slider to Off, then unplug the iron.
WARNING: The Auto-Off is a safety feature and is not a recommended means for
turning your iron off. See "Caring for Your Iron After Use."
