Die Scharnier-Sicherheitsschalter TV8S 521 werden an schwenk-
baren Schutzgittern, Hauben und Türen verwendet, die geschlossen
sein müssen, um die erforderliche Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten.
Im Inneren des Scharnier-Sicherheitsschalter befinden sich zwei
Schalteinsätze S1 und S2, die prinzipverschieden wirken. Bei
geschlossener Schutzeinrichtung (Grundstellung) ist Schalteinsatz
S1 nicht betätigt, S2 ist betätigt. Die Gebrauchslage ist beliebig.
Hinweis
Der elektrische Anschluss darf nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden. Die Scharniere sind nicht im Lieferumfang ent-
halten. Die EG-Konformitätserklärung nach der Maschinenrichtlinie
senden wir Ihnen auf Wunsch zu oder Sie können sie im Internet

Montage
Der Scharnier-Sicherheitsschalter und das Scharnier sind so zu
montieren, dass die Welle des Scharnierschalters mit dem Zapfen
des Türscharniers in einer Flucht liegt.
Der Abstand von der Tür zum Türscharniermittelpunkt muss
14 mm betragen. Die Gebrauchslage des Scharnier-Sicher-
heitsschalters ist beliebig.

The hinge safety switch TV8S 521 is used on swinging protective
guards, covers and doors which have to remain closed in order to
provide the necessary operator protection.
The hinge safety switch has two alternate working switch inserts, S1
and S2. With a closed door (standard position), the S1 switch insert
is not actuated, and S2 is actuated. the hinge safety switch can be
mounted in any desired position.
Notice
The electric connection must only be carried out by an authorized
person. The door hinges are not provided. EC-Declarations of
Conformity according to the Machinery Directive will be sent to you
on request or are available on our webside. Further technical infor-

Mounting
When mounting the hinge safety switch onto the hinge-pin of the
safety guard, ensure that both are in alignment with each other.
The distance from door to hinge centre must be 14 mm. The
safety hinge switch can be mounted in any desired position.

Les interrupteurs de sécurité à charnière de la série TV8S 521 sont
utilisés sur les grilles de protection pivotantes, les capots et portes
qui doivent rester fermés afin de garantir la sécurité d'exploitation
requise.
Leur boîtier protége 2 blocs contacts S1 et S2 actionnés de façon
diversitaire. En position porte fermée (position normale), le bloc
contact S1 est non actionné et S2 actionné. La disposition est au
choix.
Remarque
Le raccordement électrique ne peut se faire que par du personnel
qualifié. Les charnières ne font pas partie de la livraison. La déclara-
tion de conformité selon les directives machines et équipements
électriques basse tension est disponible sur demande ou directe-
ment accessible via internet.
Montage
Il faut s'assurer que, soit l'axe de rotation de l'interrupteur, soit l'axe
de la demi charnière coÏncide avec l'axe de rotation de la porte.
La distance entre la face de montage et l'axe de la charnière
doit être 14 mm.
