03. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.
MAINTENANCE
For a long life of the appliance, regular mainte-
nance is required. Clean the appliance when it
is cold with soapy water or non-abrasive liquid
detergents.
After cleaning always make sure that the ring bur-
ner is properly cleaned and that the gas outlet
holes are not obstructed.
ATTENTION
When the opening or closing of the gas control
valve becomes difficult or does not work, do not
force or DIY repair but call for technical assistan-
ce immediately. Regularly check the state of the
rubber tube and, if necessary, chang it even be-
fore the indicate date. lf the appliance remains
unused for a long time, close the main circuit of
gas. Pack the device in its packaging and store it
in a safe and dry place.
The gas stoves are protected with an anti-
corrosion treatment. Before the first use, it is
recommended to let it operate for a few minu-
tes to prevent the appearance of soot on the
bases of pots and pans. This treatment will
disappear with use, and it is therefore likely
that rust will appear over time on cast iron
components.
