SIX-MONTHLY OPERATIONS

The belts tension must be checked. This operation can be made by pressing
with the finger on the central part of the belt itself and observing the
possible shifting, which must not exceed one centimetre.
Should the belt be too loosen, it must be adjusted with the following
procedure:
1) Turn the machine power off bringing the switch magneto-thermic to the 0
position.
2) Remove the plug from the socket;
3) Open the top cover unscrewing the fastening screws.
4) Check the belts tension
5) Loosen the side fastening screws of the motor.
6) Move the motor towards the rear part of the machine.
7) Then, fix again the motor screws, making sure that the belt tension has
been reached.
8) Now, close the machine, applying the upper oil sump through the special
fixing screws.
