MONTÁŽNY NÁVOD
1.
Vaňový kút sa skladá z : 1 ks VRV3 šírky 1200, 1500, 1600, 1700 alebo 1800 mm, 1 ks VRV2 šírky 700, 750
alebo 800 mm a doplnkový diel PSV šírky 700, 750 alebo 800 mm (+rohový spojovací profil RPS). Pred montážou
skontrolujte kompletnosť výrobku.
2.
Montáž VKRV robiť mimo vane. plastové rohové spojky nasunúť do vodiacich profilov, vyvŕtať otvory 2,6 mm,
upevniť skrutkami
3,5/6,5 mm.
3.
Tesnenie uzavretých dverí je riešené magnetickými profilmi. Ak do seba nezapadajú správne, jeden profil
pomocou skrutkovača opatrne vysuňte, otočte a vložte späť do drážky dverí.
4.
Kút postaviť na vaňu, vyrovnať polohu profilov do zvislice. Polohu profilov označiť na stenu.
5.
Vziať osadzovacie profily z rámu. Podľa nich označiť na stenu otvory pre hmoždinky.
6.
Vyvŕtať otvory a zľahka naklepnúť hmoždinky
7.
Priskrutkovať osadzovacie profily vrutmi
4/40 mm.
8.
Zmontovaný kút osadiť na vaňu, nasunúť do osadzovacích profilov, vyrovnať a odskúšať funkciu dverí.
9.
Podľa predvŕtaných otvorov v osadzovacích profiloch vyvŕtať otvory
skrutkami
3,5/13 mm.
10.
Špáry medzi vaňou, stenou a vaňovým kútom utesniť tmelom z vonkajšej strany.
11.
Polystyrenové sklo je chránené tenkou fóliou. Pred uvedením do prevádzky nezabudnite fóliu odstrániť.
12. MONTÁŽ VAŇOVÉHO KÚTU S JEDNOU PEVNOU STENOU
Montáž tohoto variantu je podobná ako montáž základného prevedenia. Pevná stena sa pripojí po zmontovaní
kútu pomocou rohového spojovacieho profilu. Z jedného dielu vziať „U" profil a miesto neho nasunúť rohový profil,
ktorý je súčasťou samostatného pevného dielu. Odobratý „U" profil nasunúť na druhú stranu pevnej steny. Obidve
strany kútu môžu byť nainštalované ako pravý alebo ľavý variant a to otočením o 180 °.

Celok postaviť na vaničku, vyrovnať polohu profilov do zvislice. Polohu „U" profilov
označiť na stenu, zasunutie do rohového profilu označiť na rámoch. Presunúť kút z vane, odobrať pevnú stenu.
Podľa označenej polohy prevŕtať rohový profil s rámom dverí a spojiť skrutkami
NEPREHLIADNITE!
Na údržbu nesmú byť používané mechanické abrazívne prostriedky (napr. brúsne pasty), ani agresívne chemikálie (napr.
rozpúšťadlá, acetón a pod.). Výrobca nezodpovedá za škody spôsobené nesprávnou montážou, používaním alebo
ošetrovaním výrobku. Údržba sa prevádza len utieraním lakovaných dielov, skiel a plastov len špeciálnymi čistiacimi

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
The delivery consists of: 1 pc VRV 3 width 1200, 1500, 1600, 1700 or 1800 mm and 1 pc VRV 2 with. It is
possible to add one or two fixed wallls) width 700, 750 or 800 mm (+ corner connecting profile). Before
assembly check the completeness of delivery.
2.
The assembly is done outside the bathtub. Position the plastic corner connections into the frame, drill the
holes
2,6 mm and fix the connections using screws
3.
The sealing of the closed door is made by two magnetic profiles. If these magnetic profiles do not fit to
each other, remove one of them gently using a screwdriver, turn it round and push it back again.
4.
Position the bath enclosure onto the bathtub, adjust the correct position and mark the holes on the wall.
5.
Remove the wall connecting profiles from the frame and mark the holes on the wall.
6.
Drill the holes, insert dowel plugs
8 mm and tap them gently by using a hammer.

Fix the wall connecting profiles to the wall using screws

Position the bath enclosure as a whole onto the bathtub, slide it into the wall connecting profiles, adjust
and try the correct function.
9.
Use the prepared holes of the wall connecting profiles and drill holes
enclosure. Fix it with screws

10.
Use silicone sealing compound. Seal between the tiles and the wall connecting profile on the inside and
on the outside. Seal only on the outside of the lower running track.
11.
Polystyrene glass is protected by thin plastic foil. Do not forget to remove it before using the enclosure.
12.
THE ASSEMBLY OF BATH ENCLOSURE WITH FIXED WALL
The assembly of a bath enclosure combined with a fixed wall is similar to the assembly of the basic version.
After the assembly of the bath enclosure the fixed wall can be attached using the angle connecting profile.
Remove one wall connection profile from the frame and slide the angle connection profile instead. Slide the
wall connecting profile onto the frame of the fixed wall - PSV.
The two halves of the bath enclosure can be installed either right or left (turn upside down. Textured side of
glass facing outwards.
Put the complete bath enclosure onto the bathtub, mark the position of the wall connecting profiles on the
wall and mark the position of the frame inside the angle connecting profile.
Further assembly is done outside the tray. Remove the fixed wall -PSV-, drill the holes into its frame and fix
it together with angle connecting profile using screws
Further follow the basic assembly instructions.
Use the prepared holes of the wall connecting profiles and angle connecting profile and drill holes
2,6 mm into the frame. Fix it together with screws
