Page 2 Read carefully before installation or dismantling To ensure that the refrigerant compressor functions correctly, follow the steps listed here during installation and removal. Observe the requirements and instructions of the vehicle manufacturer. Wear protective clothing during assembly (e.g. safety shoes, long-sleeved, close-fitting work clothing, protective goggles and protective gloves). This instruction describes the general installation of a refrigerant compressor.

Proceed as follows to evacuate the remaining moisture present in the refrigeration circuit: ▪ Connect the air conditioner to the service connections. ▪ Evacuate the remaining moisture for about 30 minutes.
