After each use, clean the non-stick surface with a non-metallic scourer. Do not use wire
brushes or abrasive kitchen cleaners. The multicooker does not need to be left in soak
to soften trace of food. However, if you wish to leave the multicooker in soak, do not do
so for more than two hours, as this might damage the non-stick finish.
-
Over time, the non-stick finish may darken in the area over the heating elements. To
remove this decolouring, use a specific cleaning product for non-stick surfaces, such
as a stain remover. These cleaning products are available in most grocery stores and
supermarkets. For the best results, follow the manufacturer's instructions and remove
all residue of the cleaning products that come into contact with the outside of the
appliance .
-
Having washed the multicooker with a cleaning product, it is advisable to rub the
cooking surface gently with cooking oil before use. It is easy to keep the external
finish of the multicooker shining and looking like new. Just dry any drips when they
appear. If food burns, it can be removed with hot soapy water and a scourer. Rinse the
multicooker and dry it.
IMPORTANT: to guarantee the temperature gauge remains in perfect working order, use
and store the appliance with great care.
Care and user instructions for the glass lid
-
Do not use the lid if it is cracked or broken. Handle the lid with care and avoid knocking it.
-
Do not handle the hot lid with a damp cloth or place it on a cold or damp surface.
-
Leave the lid to cool down before washing it. This lid is dishwasher safe. Keep the lid
clean. Do not use a wire brush or abrasive powders that might scratch or weaken the
