11. Troubleshooting

The product left our warehouse in perfect condition. If you do, however, discover a
problem, see if you can solve it by using the solutions offered in the following table.
If these do not work, contact our customer services department.
 Improper repairs will invalidate the warranty. Do not attempt to repair the
appliance yourself.

12. Disposal

 Remove the built-in rechargeable battery before disposing of the appliance.

12.1. Removing the battery

CAUTION!
Risk of injury.
 Keep removed batteries away from children; do not
throw them into a fire, short-circuit or dismantle
them.
 Do not expose removed batteries to extreme
conditions, e.g. radiators, direct sunlight! There is an
increased risk of leakage!
 Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous
membranes. If any of these areas come into contact
with battery acid, rinse them immediately with
plenty of clean water and consult a doctor as soon as
possible.
 Remove the battery only when you dispose of the grass shears. Before removal,
ensure that the battery is completely discharged.
 Run the shears to a complete standstill to use up any residual charge in the
appliance.
