- Page 28 Start-up Check voltage supplied to the oven. Confirm it matches the data plate. Turn off the manual gas valve. Install a manometer in the supply side port of the gas valve. Check the amp rating of the breakers supplying power to the oven and confirm they are within the ratings on the data plate.
- Page 29 Start-up Set the oven to 400 degrees F and allow it to preheat for 30 minutes. Set the time to 20 minutes, the steam to 10 seconds and the vent to auto or 7 minutes. Place a cold rack in the oven. Press start. Observe that there is ample steam on the rack and that the oven regains the set point in less than 6 minutes.

Démarrage Vérifier la tension fournie au four. Confirmer qu'elle correspond à la plaque signalétique. Fermez le robinet de gaz manuel. Installer un manomètre dans l'orifice latéral d'alimentation de la vanne de gaz. Vérifiez la ampérage des disjoncteurs alimentant le four et confirmer qu'ils sont dans les notes sur la plaque signalétique. - Page 31 Démarrage Réglez le four à 205 ° C et laissez-le préchauffer pendant 30 minutes. Réglez le temps de 20 minutes, la vapeur à 10 secondes et l'évent à l'auto ou 7 minutes. Placer une grille dans le four froid. Appuyez sur start. Observe que hay un amplio vapor en el bastidor y que el horno recupera el punto de ajuste en menos de 6 minutos.
