Maintenance
5
SIMUBOX was designed with care and does not need any particular maintenance. However, it is necessary to install it away from sources of water. It is lubricated
for its lifetime. This lubricant never needs to be changed. Any dismantling of the covering case of the guards results in cancellation of the warranty (the 8 screws
of the cover are sealed).
Do not hesitate to contact us if any applications other than the motorisation of sectional doors are required.
Do not forget to grease the keyed shaft of the bobbin before motor assembly.

Locate the screw which controls direction of the rotation "UP" and the one which controls direction of the rotation "DOWN" ;
direction 1 or direction 2. Arrows located around the hollow shaft indicate also the direction of rotation.
If the motor does not run in the wished direction, reverse the connection of the S1 and S2 wires.
When the motor is stopped after a control order, push with a screwdriver the adjusting screw which
corresponds to the wished direction (direction 1 or direction 2) :
- to increase the number of turns : push and turn the screw in "+" direction
- to decrease the number of turns : push and turn the screw in "–" direction
The operation is identical to adjust the limit positions of motor in up or in down position.
If the adjusting position of limit position (low or high) is exceeded, the safety contact is switched on.
Make the motor run backward for several ropes thanks to the handle.
Thus, the motor will be able to react again at any control order.
