2. Installation sequence
– Hook the side panel into position at bottom left (Fig. 36) and secure with 2 screws on the inside of the hopper –

– Hook the cladding door into the hinges at the bottom – Fig. 38.
– Secure door hinge at top and fitted cladding door together using 3 self-tapping screws – Fig. 39.

2.6 Ash box (BioWIN 2 Touch Exklusiv-SL only) and hopper
cover (BioWIN 2 Touch Klassik-L only)
Bring the boiler and weekly use container to the final installation position (observe the Minimum clearances! – see
installation instructions for BioWIN 2 Touch) and use the 6 set screws to align it horizontally or inclined slightly upwards
towards the rear.
BioWIN Exklusiv-SL only:
– Fit the base for the ash box underneath the hopper and bend it down to the floor – Fig. 40.
– Insert the ash box at a slight left angle and push in the handle completely, leaving the openings on the side of the
ash box open – Fig. 41.
– Close the bracket fastener – Fig. 42.
– Adjust the set screw on the ash box to the boiler – Fig. 43.
Note!
The floor underneath the ash box must be level. If necessary, compensate to make it level (by screwing a
sheet to the floor, for example)..
