Data Privacy; Supply Contract Of Service And Disclaimer - Elkron Video Gateway 4T Manuel D'installation

With regards to the provisions of Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Elkron S.p.A. communicates you the following
information:
1. The usage of the "Videogateway 4T" system will not imply the processing of your personal data by Elkron S.p.A.
2. The service relative to the reception of the images filmed by the cameras installed in your premises, and their subsequent
sending to the devices you want to use for their reception is supplied through the operation of third Parties' software systems,
installed on servers belonging to people/companies outside Elkron S.p.A., which provide the abovementioned service.
3. The images pass through supplier's servers solely for the time strictly necessary to send them and are not stored or
archived.
4. The suppliers have been selected among people that, because of their experience, ability and reliability can fully comply
with the dispositions in force concerning data processing, herein including security issues.
5. Elkron S.p.A. asks you to report any abnormal situation compared to the above, by writing a letter to Elkron S.p.A. –
Videogateway 4T – Via Cimarosa 39 – 10154 Torino.

SUPPLY CONTRACT OF SERVICE AND DISCLAIMER

1. The "Videogateway 4T" system you purchased and the services enclosed to it shall become operating when the person
that made the installation will start the activation procedure
2. The physical apparatus you installed, alongside with its components, therein including the firmware and the "on board"
software, are supplied, through the place you made the purchase, by Elkron S.p.A. which guarantees its correct operation
for two year.
3. The service relative to the reception of the images filmed by the cameras installed in your premises, and their subsequent
sending to the devices you want to use for their reception is supplied through the operation of third Parties' software
systems, installed on servers belonging to people/companies outside Elkron S.p.A., which provide the abovementioned
service.
4. Said service concerning the reception of image and the sending to devices you chose is supplied free of charge and does
not entail any signing or agreement with the service by subscription.
5. The technical and the operating specifications concerning the service, as well as the detailed modalities concerning its
usage are determined by the supplier in cooperation with Elkron S.p.A., which arranges the "Videogateway 4T" system in
compliance with them.
6. The service may be negatively affected by external factors, which are outside the supplier's reasonable control, including,
but not limited to the availability and the correct operation of the communication and the digital transmission channels, or
the proper functioning of the apparatus used for the reception of the images.
7. The service may be interrupted if a force majeure event occurs, which does not depend on Elkron S.p.A.'s will or is outside
its ability to control or intervene, including maintenance, reparation operations, system updates, peak loads, mal-
functioning, supplier's closure of business.
8. In compliance with the reasons provided for in the abovementioned points 6. and 7., also considering that the service is
free of charge, Elkron S.p.A. may not be in any way considered liable for direct and indirect damages that could arise out
of the improper usage of the service, its malfunction or its interruption.
9. Elkron S.p.A. does not know your personal data and is not provided with any access to the images object of the service.
10. Any contractual issue that is not provided for in this document is regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code in force.
With regards to any dispute, the Court of Torino shall have jurisdiction.
11. Elkron S.p.A. asks you to report any abnormal situation compared to the above, by writing a letter to Elkron S.p.A. –
Videogateway 4T – Via Cimarosa 39 – 10154 Torino.
