- Page 2 TOOLS: Attach a cross bar (C) to the lowest set of holes in each vertical bar HERRAMIENTAS: (B) using four #14 sheet metal screws (E). IMPORTANT NOTE: The OUTILS : open side of all of the cross bars faces up.
