Introduction

The Steca Solarix PI 500-12, PI 550-24, PI 1100-24 and PI 1500-48 are stand-
alone inverters for PV battery systems. They convert the battery's DC voltage into
sinusoidal AC voltage. This makes it possible to use any normal AC appliances
that are in a suitable performance class. These include, for example, tools, con-
sumer electronics, household appliances, lamps, pumps and motors, which can
be used in the same way as with normal mains power.
