Wartung
Komplette Pumpe und Antriebseinheit regelmäßig
gründlich reinigen, mind. 1x jährlich. Bei ungünstigen
Verhältnissen, wie z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt, starkem
Schlammaufkommen oder Störungen sind kürzere
Abstände (ca. vierteljährlich) nötig.
Pumpe aufmachen wie bei (1) und Antriebseinheit
herausziehen (2).
Alle Teile reinigen, dazu gehört Pumpengehäuse,
Antriebseinheit mit Kreisel und Rotorraum.
Schmutz niemals mit harten Gegenständen beseitigen,
sondern mit Bürste und Pinsel. Dazu Spülmittel bzw.
Essig verwenden.
Falls die Antriebseinheit (2) zu locker wird und zu viel
Spiel bekommt, Teil komplett erneuern (Art.Nr. 6025.700
/ 6055.700 / 6095.700).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt sinngemäß in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge.
Servicing
Thoroughly clean the pump and the drive assembly
in regular intervals, at least once a year. In case of
unfavourable conditions, such as high lime content,
a lot of sediment or failures, shorter intervals may be
necessary (about every three months).
Open the pump as shown in illustration (1) and pull out
the drive assembly (2).
Clean all parts, which includes the impeller housing,
the drive assembly with impeller as well as the rotor
compartment.
Never use hard objects to remove the dirt, but rather a
brush or soft cloth with detergent and/or vinegar.
If the drive assembly (2) is too loose and has too much
clearance, replace the entire part (article No. 6025.700 /
6055.700 / 6095.700).
The assembly is carried out in reverse sequence.
Entretien
Nettoyez régulièrement l'entraînement de la pompe, au
moins 1 x par an. Lors de conditions d'utilisation sévères,
par ex. eau très calcaire ou forte présence de mucus,
nous conseillons des nettoyages plus fréquents (env.
tous les 3 mois).
Ouvrez la pompe comme sur figure (1) et retirez
l'entraînement (2).
Nettoyez toutes les parties comme le corps de pompe,
l'entraînement avec hydropulseur ainsi que la chambre
du rotor.
N'enlevez jamais les incrustations calcaires à l'aide
d'un objet tranchant mais en vous aidant de brosses, de
pinceaux et de vinaigre blanc.
Si l'entraînement de pompe (2) devait accuser un jeu
trop important sur son axe, renouvelez la pièce (réf.
6025.700 / 6055.700 / 6095.700).
Le remontage obéit à l'ordre inverse de démontage.
