2 - POWER SUPPLY / CONNECTING
- Open the battery compartment.
- Insert 2 AAA 1.5V type alkaline batteries without mercury, making sure the
polarity is according to the diagram in the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
- Connect the CLA7 plug to the microphone/ headset socket
of your
telephone ( see your telephone user guide for use).
Now, the CLA 7 is ready to be used.
Note :
- Always disconnect the plug of the CLA7 from the telephone before installing
the batteries.
- For other telephones than Geemarc trademark, check that the microphone/
headset socket is compatible with 3 contacts plug (speaker, micro, common)
- Do not dispose of batteries in household rubbish. Pay attention to the battery
regulations regarding battery disposal.

3 - MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS

- Place the loop around your neck.
- Switch your hearing aid to T mode.
- Press the ON/OFF button, you are ready to speak through your CLA 7
The green light will turn on.
- During the call, you can adjust the volume of the device by using the volume
control knob located on the bottom of the CLA 7.
Do not forget to turn OFF your CLA7 at the end of
the call. Failure to do this will drain the batteries
after about 30 hours. Please consult your dealer for
details of our high capacity rechargeable batteries
