4. Assembling the head section

4.1 Two persons lift the head section. Align the fitting
parts of the box to the fittings of the head section.
4.2 Insert the slider elements on the head
section (A) into the slider elements of the
box (B).
4.3 Tighten the connecting foot at the foot end
and/or close the Velcro fastener.
4.4 When setting up the bed, always take care
that the whole system is standing horizontally
and stress-free or has been levelled. Adjust the
feet or lay suitable material underneath.

5. Start-up

5.1 Connect power unit (6) to secondary cable (9) using secondary connector (8)
according to Fig. 2.1, then close and lock secondary catch. Connect mains cable
(7) to power unit (6).
Do not plug mains connector into the socket!
5.2 Overview of radio handset
Insert the supplied batteries (3 x 1.5 V AAA LR03)

in the battery compartment (B) at the back of the
device. Essential: check batteries for correct pola-
rity (+/-)!
The handset is now ready for use.
