Helpful tips and information
• Add salt to the french fries on the plate. Do not add salt to the container during the preparation of french fries.
• Mix dried herbs and spices before adding to the container with a little oil. System of hot air ventilation would blow
dry spice around edges of the container.
• Strongly coloured spices may cause discoloration of the pot stirrer and other parts of the appliance. This is a normal
phenomenon.
• If you are adding garlic to the prepared dishes, you will achieve optimal results from using sliced garlic. Crushed
garlic could cause food to stick around the pot stirrer.
• Onions cut into thin strips cook better than chopped onion. Divide the onion rings into individual strips and then
insert them into the container of the appliance and by thoroughly stirring ensure an even distribution.
• In the case of meat and poultry dishes, once or twice in the course of deep-frying stir the contents of the container
in order to fry the food evenly.
• Cut the vegetables into small pieces and stir, to cook evenly.
• This appliance is not suitable for cooking dishes with a large volume of water, such as soups or sauces.
