    camino, tenete conto da una parte della prossimità della trave dalle facce esterne del focolare, e dall’altra dell’irradiazione della porta in vetro che normalmente è molto vicina alle travi stesse. Sappiate che in qualsiasi caso, le facce interne o inferiori di questa trave in materiale combustibile non devono essere in contatto con temperature superiori ai 65 °C.

    Il tiraggio creato dalla vostra canna fumaria deve essere sufficiente ma non eccessivo. Una sezione della canna fumaria troppo importante può presentare un volume troppo grande da riscaldare e dunque provocare delle difficoltà di funzionamento dell’apparecchio; per evitare ciò provvedete ad intubare la stessa per tutta la sua altezza. Una sezione troppo piccola provoca una diminuzione del tiraggio.

    COLLEgAMENTO E MANUTENZIONE VENTILAZIONE (OPZIONALE) La centralina e l’impianto dovranno essere installate e collegate da personale abilitato secondo le norme vigenti (vedi capitolo AVVERTENZE GENERALI). ATTENZIONE: La centralina e il cavo di alimentazione NON deve essere a contatto con parti calde. Sui nostri prodotti possono essere installati dei kit di ventilazione OPZIONALI adatti a migliorare la distribuzione del calore attraverso la ventilazione del solo ambiente di installazione oppure del locale adiacente (vedi capitolo PRESA ARIA ESTERNA).

    ACCENsIONE Alla prima accensione è inevitabile che venga prodotto un odore sgradevole (dovuto dall’essiccamento dei collanti presenti nella cordicella di guarnizione o dalle vernici protettive), il quale sparisce dopo un breve utilizzo del prodotto. Si deve comunque assicurare una buona ventilazione dell’ambiente.

    FUNZIONAMENTO NORMALE Dopo aver posizionato i registri correttamente, inserire la carica di legna oraria indicata evitare sovraccarichi che provocano sollecitazioni anomale e deformazioni. Bisogna sempre usare il prodotto con la porta chiusa per evitare danneggiamenti dovuti all’eccessivo surriscaldamento (effetto forgia) in caso contrario, decade la garanzia. Con i registri posti sulla facciata dell’apparecchio viene regolata l’emissione di calore dello stesso.

    Fare attenzione ad non superare la quantità consigliata. Ripetere la stessa operazione sull’altro binario, sollevare ed abbassare più volte la porta in modo che il grasso si distribuisca su tutte le sfere. ATTENZIONE: usare esclusivamente il grasso fornito da La NORDICA. MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA EsEgUITA DAI TECNICI ABILITATI La manutenzione ordinaria deve essere eseguita almeno una volta all'anno.

    The draught created by the flue must be sufficient, but not excessive. A too big flue section can feature a too big volume to be heated and consequently cause difficulties in the operation of the device; to avoid this, tube the flue along its whole height. A too small section causes a decrease of the draught. ATTENTION: as far as concern the realisation of the flue connection and flammable materials please follow the requirements provided by UNI 10683 standard.

    VENTILATION AND AERATION OF THE INsTALLATION PREMIsEs As the product draw their combustion air from the place of installation, it is MANDATORY that in the place itself, a sufficient quantity of air is introduced. If windows and doors are airtight (e.g. built according to energy saving criteria), it is possible that the fresh air intake is no longer guaranteed and this jeopardises the draught of the appliance and your health and safety.

    CONNECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION (OPTIONAL) The control unit and the plant must be installed and connected by authorized personnel according to the standards in force. (see chapter GENERAL REMARKS). ATTENTION: the control unit and the feeding cable must not be in contact with hot parts. On our products, it is possible to install Optional ventilation kits suitable to improve the distribution of heat by ventilation only either of the installation room or of the adjacent local (see chapter EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE).

    LIgHTINg After the first ignition you can smell bad odours (owing to the drying of the glue used in the garnitures or of the paint) which disappear after a brief using of the appliance. A good ventilation of the room should always be guaranteed. To light the fire, it is suggested to use small wood pieces together with paper or other traded lighting means.

    NORMAL OPERATION After having positioned the registers correctly, insert the indicated hourly wood load avoiding overloads that cause anomalous stresses and deformations. You should always use the product with the door closed in order to avoid damages due to overheating (forge effect). The inobservance of this rule makes the warranty expire.

    Let your chimney sweeper in charge of your area check the regular installation of the device, the connection to the stack and the aeration. IMPORTANT: THE MAINTENANCE AND CARE MUsT BE CARRIED OUT ONLY AND ExCLUsIVELY WITH COLD DEVICE .You should only use spare parts approved and supplied by La NORDICA s.p.A. . Please contact your specialized retailer if you require spare parts.

    Pay attention not to exceed the suggested quantity. Repeat the same operation on the other track and lift and lower the door many times so that the grease distributes on all balls.     TRägERsCHUTZ Mit Rücksicht auf die Abstrahlung der Feuerstelle, ist es beim Entwurf Ihres Schornsteines besonders auf den Trägerschutz zu achten. Auf einer Seite ist die Nähe des Trägers zu den Außenseiten der Feuerstelle, und auf der anderen die Abstrahlung der Glastür wichtig, die normalerweise sehr nahe an den Trägern selbst ist.

    Der von Ihrem Schornsteinrohr erzeugte Zug muss ausreichend aber nicht übertrieben sein. Ein Schornsteinrohr mit einem zu weiten Querschnitt kann ein Volumen aufweisen, das zu groß zu heizen ist und das demzufolge Betriebsstörungen bei der Ausrüstung verursachen kann. Um das zu vermeiden, ist das Schornsteinrohr seine ganze Höhe lang in einem anderen Rohr einzuführen.

  • Page 38: Belüftung Der Installationsräume

    BELÜFTUNg DER INsTALLATIONsRäUME Da diese Heizungsgeräte ihre Verbrennungsluft aus dem Installationsraum erhalten, ist es VERBINDLICH, dass in diesen Raum eine ausreichende Luftmenge zugeführt wird. Im Falle von hermetisch dichten Fenstern und Türen (z.B. nach dem Kriterium der Energieersparnis gebaute Häuser) ist es möglich, dass der Eintritt von Frischluft nicht mehr gesichert ist, was den Zug des Geräts, Ihr Wohlbefinden und Ihre Sicherheit beeinträchtigt.

  • Page 39: Lüftungsverbindung Und - Wartung (Optional)

    Die Schläuche durch Schellen an den dazugehörenden Ringen und Mundstücken befestigen, nachdem man die Halbschnittstopfen entfernt hat. Jeder Schlauch muss nicht länger als 2 m für die natürliche Konvektion und 4m für die erzwungene Konvektion sein und muss mit isolierenden Materialen verkleidet werden, um jede Geräuschentwicklung und Wärmestreuung zu vermeiden. Die Mundstücke sind an einer Höhe von mindestens 2 m vom Boden aufzustellen, um zu vermeiden, dass die warme austretende Luft gegen die Leuten stößt.

  • Page 40: Anfeuerung

    ANFEUERUNg Es ist unvermeidlich, dass beim ersten Anfeuern (wegen der Nachtrockung des Klebstoffs in der Dichtschnur oder den Schutzlacken) ein unangenehmer Geruch entsteht, der nach kurzer Betriebsdauer verschwindet. Es muss in jedem Fall eine gute Belüftung des Raums gesichert sein. Um das Feuer anzuzünden, wird es empfohlen, kleinen Holzleisten oder andere vermarktete Anfeuerungsmittel anzuwenden.

    NORMALER BETRIEB Nachdem man die Einstellvorrichtung des Abgasventils richtig gestellt hat (vorzugsweise geschlossen), die angegebene stündliche Holzladung laden, und dabei Überladungen vermeiden, welche anomale Beanspruchungen und Verformungen verursachen. Man darf immer den Ausrüstung mit geschlossener Tür benutzen, um die Überhitzungsschaden zu vermeiden (Schmiedeeffekt). Die Missachtung dieser Regel verursacht den Verfall der garantie.

    Schornstein und der Belüftung überprüfen. WICHTIg : DIE WARTUNg UND PFLEgE MUss AUssCHLIEssLICH BEI kALTER AUsRÜsTUNg AUsgEFÜHRT WERDEN.     Bitte Beachten, die empfohlene Menge nicht zu überschritten. Die selbe Operation auf dem anderen Gleis wiederholen, die Tür aufheben und unterlassen, sodass das Schmierfett sich auf alle Kugeln verteilt.     tenez compte d’un côté de la proximité de la poutre depuis les façades externes du foyer, et de l’autre du rayonnement de la porte en vitre qui normalement est très proche aux poutres mêmes. Il faut savoir qu’en tout cas, les façades internes ou inférieures de cette poutre en matériau combustible ne doivent pas être en contact avec températures supérieures aux 65 °C.

    Le tirage créé par votre tuyau d’évacuation doit être suffisant mais pas excessif. Une section du tuyau d’évacuation trop importante peut présenter un volume trop grand à chauffer et donc provoquer des difficultés de fonctionnement de l’appareil; pour éviter cela il faut incuber le même au long de toute son hauteur. Une section trop petite provoque une diminution du tirage.

    VENTILATION ET AéRATION DEs PIÈCEs POUR L’INsTALLATION Vu que les appareils prennent leur air de combustion de la pièce d’installation, il est OBLIgATOIRE qu’il existe une quantité suffisante d’air dans ce lieu. En cas de fenêtre et portes étanches (ex. Maisons construites avec le critère de l’épargne énergétique) il est possible que l’entrée d’air frais ne soit plus garantie et ceci compromet le tirage de l’appareil, votre bien-être et votre sécurité.

    El tiro que produce el conducto de salida de humos debe ser suficiente pero no excesivo. Una sección del conducto de salida de humos demasiado grande puede resultar demasiado voluminosa para calentar y por tanto causar problemas al funcionamiento del aparato; para evitar esto es necesario entubar la misma por toda su altura.     CONExIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO VENTILACIÓN (OPCIONAL) La centralita y la instalación deben ser instaladas y conectadas por personal cualificado según las normas vigentes ( Ver Capítulo ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES). ATENCIÓN la centralita y el cable de alimentación NO debe entrar en contacto con partes calientes. En nuestros productos se pueden ser instalar kits de ventilación OPCIONAL adecuados para mejorar la distribución del calor ventilando solamente el ambiente de instalación o el local adyacente (Ver Capítulo TOMA DE AIRE EXTERIOR).
