COMMISSIONING
The unit must be completely removed from its packaging. All guards must be completely removed.

Do not install this device near open fires or other heating appliances.
The electric cable must be protected at least 16 Amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will crack up the device.

warm soapy water for cleaning cast iron plates.
NEVER use cold water on the iron plates as this may cause thermal shock.
USE
