• Close windows and outer doors.
• Close the interior doors and check for architectural overflow provisions
(min. 12cm

per l/s).
• Make sure the bypass is closed.
• Check that both fans function in all three modes.
• Switch the WHR to high position.
• A Fit the valves and set them according to the settings provided or
from setting from a reference home. Or B If no data is available, fit the
valves and open them as far as possible. Measure air quantities, first
intake then exhaust air. If the quantities do not come within 10% of
normal air quantities, and if most variations are positive, ensure that all
are positive. If most variations are negative, ensure that all are nega-
tive. Also ensure that one intake valve and one exhaust valve is com-
pletely open.
• Now you can alter the fan setting on the display. For the sake of energy
consumption, you should select as low a setting as possible. Make sure
the ratios between high, medium and low remain equal using the graph
above.
To change the fan setting, use menu P3, see §9.3 menu structure.
• If the currently set quantities are still excessively erratic, you can still
adjust the valves.
• Inspect the entire installation again once all valves have be set.
• Note the values taken onto the enclosed settings list.
• Switch the WHR to medium position.
