DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (EC)

We, PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the GREENCUT brand, based in Calle Blanquers (plot 7-8) Valls
Industrial Estate. 43800 -, SPAIN, we declare that the GRI200XM generator from the serial number of the year 2018
onwards, are in compliance with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament and Council Directives:
• Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and
amending Directive 95/16/EC.
• Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation
of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
• Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation
of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of electrical equipment designed
for use within certain voltage limits.
• Directive 97/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1997 on the approximation
of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants
from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road mobile machinery.
• Directive 2005/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2005 amending Directive
2000/14/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the
environment by equipment for use outdoors.
The product delivered coincides with the specimen which was subjected to EC type-examination.
