HERAVEST Press is a phosphate bonded, graphite free, special investment material for speed and
linear preheating for the whole range of dental press ceramics.
Due to a low degree of reaction layer HERAVEST Press is also suitable for lithium disilicate press ceramics,
such as IPS e.max Press.
Properties
• very good controllable expansion
• good mixing and flow properties
• smooth surface of the pressed objects
• simple de-vesting by sandblasting with beads
• very thin reaction layer (lithium disilicate)
• possibility of speed heating
• program-controlled preheating
Storage
Keep the powder in cool, dry place.

Do not store the mixing liquid at less than 5°C (41°F) as it is sensitive to frost.

Working temperature
Approx. 22°C (72°F) (room temperature).
Mixing ratio
100 g Powder – 22 ml Liquid.
Mixing ratio for sachets:
Powder 100 g, Liquid 22 ml.
Powder 200 g, Liquid 44 ml.
For accurate dispensing please use our dispensing syringes.
