• Warning! You must select the correct voltage before plugging in your hairdryer.

► Have the appliance inspected at a service centre before using it again.
► Only use and store the appliance in dry rooms.
► A s an additional safety measure, it is recommended that a tested residual current
appliance (RCD) with a residual operating current of not more than 30 mA be
installed in the circuit. Ask an electrician for advice.
Danger of explosion!
► N ever use the product in an environment with a high concentration of aerosol
(spray) products or in which oxygen is released.
Warning! Burning and fire hazards
► Parts of the appliance may become hot during use. This poses a burning hazard!
► A lways maintain a sufficient distance from any highly flammable items, such as
drapes or curtains.
► Place the appliance on a solid and heat-resistant surface after use.
► Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning or storing it.
► Do not leave the appliance unattended either during or after use.
Caution! Injuries due to incorrect handling.
► Only operate the appliance with the voltages stated on the nameplate.
► Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
► Never insert or allow objects to fall into the openings of the appliance.
► Do not place any items in or around the air inlet and do not cover it.
► W hen using a diffuser, never set the appliance to a high temperature as this
could result in the overheating of the diffuser or appliance.
► D o not carry the appliance by the mains cable and, when disconnecting the appli-
ance from the mains, always pull the plug rather than the cable or the appliance.
► Keep the mains cable and appliance away from hot surfaces
► Make sure that the mains cable is not twisted or kinked when stored.
