1. Operation field
Our interlocking device ANAGUARD reaches
safety cat 4 PLe as per ISO 13849-1 in connection
with our safety module AWAX.
The Acotom® process featured in our coded
bolt avoids the use of an extra safety switch on
the guard door. ANAGUARD provides a reliable
locking principle thanks to its high mechanical
power that extracts easily the bolt, ensuring an
efficiency in harsh environments.
The powerful mechanical power needs only a
low consumption : 1W for a 12mm bolt diameter
and a stroke of 9 mm.
ANAGUARD 2S can be daisy chained thanks to
an M12 inlet or a cable (ref. W), depending on
the version. The "GS" version offers the lock
at power off and version "GI" offers the lock at
power on.
2. Mounting instructions
ANAGUARD
and the striking plate must be

fixed using 4xM4 screws. Place the screw co-
vers. Authorized mounting of the bolt :0 to 180°
on the sides or to the ground . Do not wash with
high pressure water.
3. Operation mode : version M12 (M or MKT30)
When energized (red wire-pin8) from 5 to 30Vdc,
the locking is activated and in BOOST mode for
200ms then changes to ECO.
If the power supply of the device is not in a range
from 12V to 30V or if the temperature increases
over a critical value, the interlocking is shut
down. If required the connector cable perhaps
directly taken up on the inlet of the bolt.
4. Operation mode : cable version (W)
When energized (green) from 5 to 30Vdc, the loc-
king is activated and in BOOST mode for 200ms
then changes to ECO. If the power supply of the
device is not in a range from 20,4V to 30V or if
the temperature increases over a critical value,
the interlocking is shut down. The white/purple
line is an auxiliary line to inform the operator or
PLC of the switch status. The red/black line is
NO1 contact and grey/yellow is the NO2 contact.

first device is forwarded to the next one, while
saving energy.

1. Anwendungsbereich
Der Verriegelung ANAGUARD erlaubt, eine Siche-
rheits Lösung der PLe Kategorie 4 nach ISO13849-1
Eco: 1W
darzustellen, wenn er an ein AWAX Sicherheitbaustein
angeschlossen wird. Der durch Prozess Acotom 2
kodierte Bolz vermeidet die Benutzung eines zusätzli-
chen Positionsschalter, denn er stellt die gleichzeitig
geschlossene und verriegelte Tür fest. Das ANAGUARD
benutzt einen erneuernden Grundsatz, der eine sehr
mächtigen Bewegung des Riegels anbietet, um eine
optimale Wirksamkeit in der strengen Umgebung zu
IP65
gewährleisten. Die Spannungsverbrauch ist für eine
hohe mechanische Leistung sehr niedrig: 1W nur für
einen Riegel Durchmesser 12 und 9mm Stößelhub. Die
Verbindung der ANAGUARD verwirklicht sich mithilfe
einer Verbindung M12 oder ein Kabel (réf+W) nach

der Version. Das "GS"-Version bietet Spannung und

2. Montage
Das ANAGUARD und sein SchlieBklappe befestigen
sich durch 4 M4 Schrauben. Die Schutzhülle-Schrauben
installieren. Erlaubte Montage: horizontal Riegel, und
nach unten orientiert. Nicht am Hochdruckstrahl zu
waschen.

3. Betriebsweise : M12 Version (M oder MKT30)
Wenn Eingang 8 (Rot Leitung) eine Spannung von 5

bis 30Vdc erhält, geht der Riegel in boost-Art während

Wenn der Eingang (grün) eine Spannung von 5 bis
30Vdc erhält, geht der Riegel in BOOST-Art während
100ms dann übergeht er in ECO-Art. Wenn die Span-
nungversorgung nicht im 20,4V bis 30V Betriebsbereich
ist oder dass die Temperatur einen kritischen Wert
überschreitet, ist der Riegel unwirksam. Die weiB/
violett Leitung ist eine Hilfslinie, die den Benutzer oder
den SPS des Standes des Riegels informiert. Der rote/
schwarz Leitung erlaubt den Auftrag des folgenden
Riegels (rosa Faden), so betätigt der LOCK-Auftrag
LOCK
des erste Riegels automatisch die folgenden Riegel
UNLOCK
(die Spannungverbrauch ist am strikten Minimum
eduziert).
