Use the supplied accessories only.
A quick understanding of how to use the hair straightener will allow you to establish the exact
application time to achieve the desired effect on your hair.
• Ensure your hair is dry, clean and without any trace of hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
• Comb your hair ensuring there are no knots.
• Start straightening from the nape of the neck, proceed on the sides and finish on the
forehead.
• When using the hair straightener, while it is heating or cooling, place it on a smooth and
heat resistant surface.
• While straightening the hair, be careful not to bring the plates too close to sensitive parts
of the face, ears, neck or skin.
• Leave the plates to cool down completely when finished, before putting the appliance away.
Warning: When you have finished using the hair straightener, make sure the
appliance has completely cooled down before placing it back in its case (or
any bag). This appliance is not intended to curl hair, accordingly it must not be turned
during use.
PREPARING YOUR HAIR
• Wash hair as normal and comb to remove knots.
• Dry your hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
OPERATION
• Connect the power cable (3) to the mains.
• Switch on the ON/OFF button (5) and let the straightener heat up; the LCD display (1) will
light up.
• Select the desired temperature by using the adjustment button + or – (6). It is possible
to choose the temperature according to the type of hair and desired styling in a range
between 130 and 230 °C. The temperature can be adjusted at any time by pressing the
adjustment buttons.
• Press the + and - buttons (6) simultaneously to block the temperature at the desired level.
The "lock" symbol will appear on the LCD display (1).
