Problem
The awning closes every
hour and can only be
operated via constantly
pushing the drive com-
mand button.
Awning does not extend
to the limit position and
then retracts despite
calm conditions.
Awning does not react
to wind.
An increase or decrease
in the awning's angle
of inclination is not
detected.
The awning opens every
15 minutes and retracts
immediately.
What to do if...?
Cause
1. Batteries in SC211-II
are dead.
2. Batteries are
inserted incorrectly.
Vibration is detected
when the awning is
extending.
1. The SC211-II is not
programmed.
2. The wind threshold
is not at the correct
setting.
1. The rotary switch for
the release angle is
set to "0".
2. The initial angle of
inclination has not
been programmed.
There is too much wind
and sun at the same
time.
Remedy
1. Insert new batteries.
2. Insert batteries
correctly.
Adjust the wind
threshold on the master
transmitter.
1. Programme the
SC211-II.
2. Adjust the wind
threshold on the
master transmitter.
1+2. Set the release
angle and pro-
gramme the initial
angle of inclination.
Deactivate sun auto-
matics.
