PRODUCT USE

BEFORE COMMISSIONING
ATTENTION: The gun cannot be used for paints such as textured paints for exterior walls, materials
containing abrasive substances, enamels, dispersion paints, caustic and alkaline substances or textured
coatings. To get the best results from your spray gun, read the instructions carefully before use.
PREPARATION OF THE COATING MATERIAL
The paints need a previous dilution to be able to use it in the spray gun. The following information indicates the
recommended dilutions for paints according to their viscosity. (viscosity = consistency of material).

VISCOSITY MEASUREMENT
Use the measuring cup to determine the viscosity grade of the coating material.
1. Mix the coating material well before starting the measurement.
2. Immerse the viscosity measuring cup (content 100cm3) completely in the coating
material underneath the cup.
3. Lift the viscosity measuring cup and measure the time it takes for the cup to empty in
seconds.
