Error code
There is no cookware on the
hob, or the cookware is not
E0
E2 under the hob is defective, or
there has been a short circuit.
The appliance is being used
E3 with a mains voltage that is
E4 supplied with too little mains
E5 or E6

Problem

The temperature sensor
too high (> 270 V).
The appliance is being
voltage (< 145 V).
The appliance has
overheated.
Solution
Use suitable cookware when
using the hob (see section
titled "Suitable cookware").
Disconnect the appliance
from the power supply and
contact our customer service
department.
Check and make sure the
appliance is plugged into a
properly installed 220-240V,
50-60Hz power outlet.
Check and make sure the
appliance is plugged into a

Disconnect the appliance
from the power supply and
remove the plug from the
power outlet. Wait until the
appliance has cooled down.
Now the hob should be
working properly again. If
the problem persists, contact
customer service and enter
the error code that is being
displayed.
