General Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the
appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the
warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal
packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass
on the operating instructions.
The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for
the envisaged purpose.
This appliance is not fi t for commercial use.
Do not use it outdoors .
Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity
(never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.
Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular
basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always
contact an authorized technician.
Children and Frail Individuals
In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all
packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their
reach.
Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as
there is a danger of suffocation!
In order to protect children or frail individuals from the ha-
zards of electrical equipment, please ensure that this device
is only used under supervision. This device is not a toy. Do
not allow small children to play with it.

Important information for your safety is specially marked. It is
essential to comply with these instructions in order to avoid
accidents and prevent damage to the machine:

possible injury risks.
CAUTION:
This refers to possible hazards to the machine or other
objects.
NOTE: This highlights tips and information.
Connection
This product is loudspeakers for indoor use and connexion to a
stereo amplifi er.
Connect the loudspeakers to your amplifi er according to the
following connection instructions:

Output
Connect the red loudspeaker wires to the red connections
and the black wires to the black connections.
Release the screw terminals on the back and clamp the
wires underneath. Then tighten the screw terminals again.
NOTE:
You can also make the connexion at the nuts with "banana
plugs".
The loudspeaker grilles are removable (tweeter and
midrange speaker).
CAUTION:
The bass loudspeaker (woofer) grille is not removable.
Please note:
Select an appropriate location for the loudspeakers, for
example a dry, fl at, non-slip surface.
Do not place any objects (e.g. fl ower vases) on the
loudspeakers.
WARNING:
Avoid damage to your ears by turning the volume up too high.
CAUTION:
Do not expose the loudspeakers to extreme heat, cold or
moisture.
Switch your amplifi er off before you connect the loudspea-
kers or make any changes to the connection.
Please ensure that the wires of the loudspeaker connec-
tions do not touch one another as there is a danger of a
short circuit.
Do not operate your amplifi er at maximum volume. This
may result in damage.
Turn down the volume before you switch on the amplifi er
or after you have changed the sound source.
Never connect the loudspeakers to the mains power
supply!
Do not touch the loudspeaker membranes with your
hands or with other objects as this will damage them.
Do not overload the loudspeakers.
