any maintenance work may only be carried out on an extinguished and cooled down device. the
furnace should be cleaned regularly from ash and other combustion waste. the appliance should be
cleaned with a damp cloth with non-aggressive cleaning agents.
WARRANTY
Fireplaces that have already been burned are excluded from the right of replacement or return. the
manufacturer provides a one-year guarantee for the smooth operation of the device from the moment
of purchasing the product. The buyer of the fireplace is obliged to read the installation and operating
instructions. in case of a complaint, a complaint protocol and proof of purchase must be submitted.
the submission of this documentation is necessary to consider all claims. the complaint will be consi-
dered within 14 working days from the date of its written submission. Complaints can be submitted via
the form on our website or by e-mail to reklamacje@kratki.com. The warranty does not cover:
the varnish coating,
any damage resulting from failure to comply with the provisions of the instructions, in particular those
concerning the fuel and firelighters used,
any faults that occur during transport from the distributor to the Buyer.
NOTE the furnaces are not intended to come into contact with food.
NOTE Fireplaces should be deposited in the place intended for their intended use.
they should not be moved. especially BaSket, eriZO, GameLa, GOBLet, Pit, trianGLe models.
