AINTENANCE
In conformity to D. Lgs. 626/94 - EN 1335 - 1/2/3 Type B
Use
This chair can be used only in accordance with the instructions
provided and in observance of the normal general precautions.
In case of different (i.e., near the hedge of steps) or anomalous use
(i.e., seating on the armrests), accidents may occur.
Castors
• castors with a hard cover are advised if their use is on soft
floors
• castors with a soft cover are advised if their use in on hard
floors
Fabric
The cleaning can be done by hand-brush or by using a vacuum cleaner.
The superficial stains can be removed by scrubbing them with a
moistened sponge; the more resistant stains can be removed with
dry-cleaning stain removers or detergents for delicate fabrics.
Leather
The leather is a natural product and possible imperfections give the
material its unique look.
The superficial stains can be removed with a soft wool cloth; the more
resistant stains must be treated only with specific leather products.
Plastic parts
For the cleaning use soap detergents.
Do not use chemical detergents.
Assistance
The assistance operations, such as the replacement of a gas pump or
interventions on the parts connected to it, must be carried out only by
specialised staff, expressly trained.
Ares Line guarantees this product for a period of 5 years as outlined
below:
• To be entitled to the guarantee, the user must communicate the serial
identification number applied under each seat.
• The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects except for the
upholstery and castors which are subject to wear and tear.
• For the first 6 months, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be
free of charge.
• Between the 7th and the 24th month, all repairs will be carried out free
of charge, however carriage to and from the customer will be charged.
• Between the 25th and the 60th month, all spare parts required are free
but all labour costs and carriage to and from the
customer will be charged.
• Gas mechanisms are guaranteed for two years.
• The periods of validity of this guarantee are applicable only to products
subjected to 8 hours' normal use per day.
Otherwise the total period of guarantee coverage is reduced as follows:
16 hours' use per day
24 hours' use per day
• The guarantee is effective from the date the chair left the
factory.
Ares Line reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in cases of
inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by
a third party.
