TAPPING
• Place the tap over the hole. Start the tapping-tool (fig.3a).
• Upon completing the thread, push the lever up to disengage the tap (fig.3b).
To ensure worker safety, the piece to be worked should always be held securely in place.
REPLACING THE CHUCK (fig.4)
• Chuck for fast changeovers. Slacken the screw at the bottom of the chuck with a screwdriver. Fix it between the
reduction unit and the chuck using the appropriate wrench. Tap the wrench with a mallet to remove the chuck from the
shaft. Mount the chuck and make sure it is properly coupled with the shaft. Tighten the inside screw and its spacer.
TARAUDAGE
• Amener le taraud dans la position du trou. Faire démarrer l'outil pour le taraudage (fig.3a).
• Après avoir effectué l'opération, régler le levier vers le haut pour dégager le taraud (fig.3b).
Pour la sécurité de l'opérateur nous conseillons de bloquer toujours la pièce à usiner.
REMPLACEMENT DE LA BROCHE (fig.4)
• Mandrin à changement rapide. Dévissez la vis au fond du mandrin à l'aide d'un tournevis. Insérez entre le groupe
réducteur et le mandrin la clé spéciale à cale. Donner un coup de maillet sur la clé pour dégager le mandrin de l'arbre.
Montez le mandrin en assurant l'accouplement mandrin-arbre. Serrez la vis intérieure avec son entretoise.
GEWINDEBOHREN
• Den Gewindebohrer entsprechend dem Loch ansetzen. Die Gewindebohrmaschine einschalten (Fig.3a).
• Am Ende des Arbeitsvorgangs den Hebel in die obere Position drücken, um den Gewindebohrer zu befreien (Fig.3b).
Für die Sicherheit des Arbeiters ist es ratsam, dal Werkstück immer einzuspannen.
AUSTAUSCHEN DES DREHFUTTERS (Fig.3)
• Schnellwechselfutter. Die Schraube auf dem Bohrfutterboden mit einem Schraubenzieher lösen. Zwischen
Umschaltergruppe und Bohrfutter den dazu vorgesehenen Keilschlüssel einsetzen Mit einem Hammer
Schlüssel schlagen, um das Bohrfutter von der Welle zu lösen. Das Bohrfutter montieren und darauf achten, daß es
fest mit der Welle verbunden ist. Die Innenschraube mit dem Abstandstück festziehen.
ATERRAJADURA
• Colocar eI macho en correspondencia con el orificio. Preparar la herramienta para la aterrajadura (fig.3a).
• Finalizado el trabajo presionar la palanca en la posición superior para desembragar el macho (fig.3b)
Para garantizar la seguridad del operador se aconseja bloquear siempre la pieza en la que se debe trabajar.
SUSTITUCION DEL MANDRIL (fig.4)
• Mandril de cambio rápido. Aflojar el tornillo del fondo del mandril con un destornillador. Introducir, entre el
grupo reductor y el mandril, la llave de cuña. Dar un golpe de mazo sobre la llave para extraer el mandril del
árbol. Montar el mandril asegurando el acoplamiento mandril-árbol. Ajustar el tornillo interno con su distanciador.
