plug the power cable firmly and completely into the recessed power cord
socket located at the bottom of the unit and plug the other end into a
grounded wall outlet or power strip.
Turn on your Blueair unit by sweeping your hand over the display, which is
positioned in the center of the top. The blue light-emitting diode on the
unit's front side indicates that the unit is working.
set the unit to maximum speed by sweeping over the display until it shows
three blue rings. This is recommended for fast initial cleaning, daytime use, or
much polluted air. after a few minutes, set the unit to the desired speed.
minimum speed is generally recommended for nighttime use.
