mentioned above. Heraeus shall not be liable for any damages, costs or expenses resulting from a defect or failure of
the product, including the unavailability of the product during the repair by Heraeus or the time of transportation to and
from Heraeus. Heraeus shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or
damage, any loss of profit or loss of sales, e.g. resulting from an interruption of customer's business. The limitation of
liability does not apply in case of intent, fraudulent misrepresentation or in case of a liability pursuant to the German
Product Liability Act.

Technical Data Sheet is prevailing. It is within the responsibility of the customer to check whether the latest updated version of the Technical Data
