the OFF position. Plug the coaxial power connector of
the cigarette lighter charging cable (position 12 in the

pack for approx. 6 – 8 hours.
CAUTION
Only charge the power pack while
driving or when the engine is running,
otherwise there is a risk of discharging
the starter battery of your vehicle.
Once the battery is fully charged, the LED is green. After
the charging process, fi rst pull out the 12V vehicle plug
from the socket of your vehicle and then unplug the
coaxial power connector from the charging socket of
the power pack. Now close the charging socket with the

The starter aid function of the power
pack is only for vehicles with 12 V on-

operating instructions of your vehicle, if
and how and external starter aid can be
used. Modern vehicles have sensitive
electronics and control devices that can
be damaged when handled incorrectly.
6.3.1 CONNECTING THE POWER PACK

(VEHICLES WITH NEGATIVE EARTH)

Turn off the ignition of your vehicle as well as all electrical
consumers (radio, light, rear window heating, seat
heaters, etc.). Enable the parking brake.

(position 11 in the overview) to the positive terminal of
your vehicle battery. Connect the black (-) terminal clamp
(position 10 in the overview) as far away from the battery
as possible to the engine block or chassis (no painted parts).
If the power pack is properly connected, the reverse polarity
protection view is lit green (position 2 in the overview). If
this is not the case, the reverse polarity protection view is lit
red and a warning signal is sounded. In this case, check the
connection of the terminal clamps and correct it. Now turn
the on-off switch to the ON position.

break of at least 5 minutes. If the engine doesn't turn on
after several attempts, discontinue using the starter aid
and look for the cause of the malfunction.
