Changing wind direction
Always switch the fan off and remove plug from socket before changing wind
direction!
Take the safety grille in both hands and turn it to the desired direction.
Tilted
The HVF14-2 and HVF18-2 can be tilted by approximately 150°, the HVF18S-2 can
move by about 275°.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always switch off the fan and unplug from the mains when cleaning or performing
maintenance!
Remove the front grille by loosening the 6 small screws and nuts in the edge.
Clean the grill and fan blades with a (possibly slightly damp) soft cloth. Do not use
corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents! Dry everything thoroughly.
Keep the motor housing and its openings dust and precipitation free with a vacuum
cleaner and / or brush. Do not use water here!
No more maintenance is required. Contact your supplier or electrician with
problems.
Close the safety grid again before you start using the fan again.
After the season, store the fan in a safe, dry, not extremely hot or cold place,
preferably in its original packaging.
Removal
In the EU this symbol indicates that this product may not be
disposed of as ordinary household waste. Old equipment
contains valuable materials, suitable for recycling. These
materials should be made suitable for reuse in order to prevent
any adverse effects to health and the environment caused by
unregulated waste collection. Therefore, please make sure that
you bring old equipment to a designated collection point.
Alternatively, contact the original supplier, who can make sure
that as many of the components as possible can be recycled.
