Malfunction
The InScenio FM-Master EGC
switches at the wrong time.

Possible cause
Malfunction between
smartphone/tablet and In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC
Excessive distance between
the smartphone/tablet and
the InScenio FM-Master EGC
The power supply of the In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC is inter-
rupted.
The receiver in the InScenio
FM-Master EGC is defective.
OASE app "Easy Control" is out-
dated
The operating system of the
smartphone/tablet is out-
dated.
The WLAN antenna of the In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC has be-
come loose or is not con-
nected.
The WLAN antenna on the In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC is not
correctly aligned.
The system time of the In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC does
not correspond to the actual
time.
The data cable is interrupted.
Remedy
• Reduce the distance be-
tween the smartphone/tab-
let and the InScenio FM-
Master EGC.
• Select a different location
for operating by
smartphone/tablet.
• Ensure that there are no ob-
structions between the In-
Scenio FM-Master EGC and
smartphone/tablet.
• For a direct WLAN connec-
tion (access point) between
the InScenio FM-Master EGC
and smartphone/tablet, se-
lect a different WLAN chan-
nel
• Reduce the distance, do not
exceed the max. range of 80
m.
• Use an off-the-shelf re-
peater to increase the range.
Establish power supply
• LED is lit green
• LED flashes green when the
WLAN connection to the
router has been established
Contact the OASE service.
Install the latest version of the
OASE app "Easy Control" on
your smartphone/tablet.
Update the operating system.
Connect the WLAN antenna,
tighten and align in the direc-
tion of the smartphone/tablet
and router.
Align the WLAN antenna in the
direction of the
smartphone/tablet and router.
Update the system time to the
time on the operating device
Check the EGC connections.
