Operation

5.1 Connecting

CAUTION!
Risk of injury from tripping and falling
Make sure that the connection cable is laid in such a way that it does not obstruct anyone and is
not damaged.
Install the product so that no persons or things can be injured or damaged, e.g. by falling, tripping
or the like.
Connect the fan to an protectiv contact socket.

5.2 Setting the fan speeds

CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to improper handling
Only operate the unit with the protective grille closed and intact.

Do not put fingers or objects through the protective grille.

This may result in injury or damage to the unit.

Keep your hair and loose clothing away from rotating parts.

These can be sucked in by the air flow.

NEVER leave the product unattended during operation.
Disconnect the product from the mains when not in use.
The fan strength can be adjusted in 3 steps via the 4-step switch (12, fig, 5).
0 = OFF
1 = Light blower
2 = Middle blower
3 = Strong blower

Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transport

The product is maintenance-free.
NOTICE!
Material damage
Have maintenance and repair work carried out by qualified personnel only.
Regularly check the tightness of the screws.
Do not overtighten the screws.
Threads can be damaged.
Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
Do not use detergents or chemicals.
Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protected ambience when not in
use.
Store cool and dry.
Keep and use the original packaging for transport.

Disposal instructions

7.1 Product

According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic equipment must not be
disposed with consumers waste. Its components must be recycled or disposed apart from each
other. Otherwise contaminative and hazardous substances can damage the health and pollute
the environment.

7.2 Packaging

Packaging can be disposed of free of charge at the suitable collection points – paper belongs in
paper bins, plastics belong in yellow sacks and glass belongs in used glass bins.
