USER SAFETY INFORMATION

This product is designed for use only for Elinchrom ELB 1200 Battery. USE WITH ELINCHROM
EQUIPMENT ONLY!
• Keep electronic equipment out of reach of unauthorized persons whenever possible.
• This product is designed for INDOOR USE ONLY and should not come into contact with water
or dust. To prevent overheating, the product should not be used with covers whilst in use.
• Do not use in restricted area (such as hospitals and always ask for permission).
DANGER!
ELECTRICAL, CHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL HAZARDS
• Protect the housing from contact with oils, grease etc. The plastic can be damaged by
chemicals and solvents.
• The housing should not be removed.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
• Only the authorized Elinchrom service is permitted to repair this charger.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

LI-ION CHARGER (19278)
• Connect the ELB 1200 Charger (19278) first to the mains and then to the ELB 1200 Battery.
• Charge progress is displayed by a flashing green LED.
• The constant green LED indicates that the battery is completely charged.
• The ELB 1200 Battery Air 90 Wh charges in approximately 90 minutes.
• The ELB 1200 Battery HD 144 Wh charges in approximately 150 minutes.
IMPORTANT!
Storing your battery pack without recharging or not using it for more than 6 months can cause it
to go into a deep discharge mode. This mode will considerably increase the recharge time of the
battery.
Note: Store only recharged batteries and disconnect them from the power pack.
To avoid deep discharge, please do not store fully charged battery packs for more than 6 months
without use. If you have several batteries please make sure to use all the units or alternate amongst
them.
