Water filter

The water filter can be changed. The lifespan of the Long-Life-Filter depends on the hardness
degree of your water. We recommend to use distilled water and to change the filter regularly.
Replacement filters can be ordered at our customer service (see section "Customer service").
1. Remove the water tank by pulling it upwards out of the device. Now you can remove the
water filter.
2. Check if the joint ring around the filter's outlet is correctly installed in the cut-out. If the joint
ring is damaged or leaky, replace it with the small joint ring included in the package.
3. Put the water tank and the water filter back into the device. Check if the tank fits correctly
on the filter. Push firmly!
It's possible that the new joint rings need to adapt to the form of the cut-outs. Wait
approx. 3 hours after the assembly.

Floor cleaning cloth

The floor cleaning cloth can be washed in the washing machine. The steam cleaner should be
exclusively operated with floor cleaning clothes and filters produced especially for this device.

Storage

❐ Always allow the device to cool down and empty the water before storing it in a
safe place.
❐ Don't expose the device to extreme insolation or atmospheric exposure such as
rain, freeze etc.
