Arrange the instruments in the mesh trays according to their manu-

facturer's instructions.
When loading the instruments, please note:
The example shows the A 314 mesh tray
1. When processing hollow instruments with multiple connectors
(rinsing and suction hand pieces, for example), each connector
needs to be attached to a hose connector in the mesh tray.
Hoses must not be twisted or kinked. If hoses are twisted or
kinked, less wash water will flow through the instruments and
this will affect reprocessing results.
2. Lightweight and delicate instruments must be secured in silic-
one or plastic holders. Space the holders in the mesh tray ac-
cording to the size of the instruments.
Arrange the mesh trays centrally in the lower levels of the


The mesh trays must not be stacked on top of each other.
