5.3 Operation

•
Clean the device before first use according to instructions in section 6.2 "Cleaning".
•
Pour the desired amount of drinkable liquid (only up to the „MAX" mark) into the
container of the device. Do not exceed maximum capacity!
•
It is important that there is always drinkable liquid in the container before turning on
the device. Non-drinkable liquids such as acids, alkalis, oils, nitrates should not
be poured into the device.
•
Place the lid on the container so that it engages with container handles while turning.
WARNING!
It must be ensured that no liquid can spill over during operation, as this may trigger
a short circuit in the control electronics. It may result in injury.
•
Turn the temperature control knob to the setting
mark on the left.
•
Connect the power plug to a grounded single
outlet. The red power indicator light will illuminate.
•
Set the desired temperature in the range from
30 ° C to 80 ° C by means of the temperature
control knob.
•
Turn the device on with ON/OFF switch by pressing it down.
•
A liquid in the container is heated up to the set temperature.
NOTE!
The heating time depends on the amount and type of a liquid.
•
When the set temperature is reached, the red power indicator lamp goes out and
the liquid is kept warm at the set temperature.
•
If the temperature in the container decreases, the thermostat turns back on and the
liquid is reheated to the set temperature.
