4. To view the analysis of another day or month, click a corresponding day on the cal-
endar (B).

Sleep history

The "sleep monitor" must be activate to display your sleep history (see the
"Settings" section).

1. Open the "Goal" tab.
2. Enter your workout goals here, for example a cer-
tain number of steps or a certain number of kilome-
tres etc., that you would like to reach.
3. Push the "Start" button to start the application.

3. Check the "Automatic update" box if you would like
the software to automatically look for updates.

ercise" fi eld. You can specify how many movements/
steps per minute the system should classify as light
