In the case where the hool holder (2) is removed
frome the shank CITIZEN5 (1), follow all the
steps; otherwise follow steps 2. 4. and 5.
1. Loosen the angular setting screw (3) of 2-3
millimeters, if needed loosen the stress
screw too (5).
2.
Insert the shank (1) in the machine
(Position T10) and tighten the two
fixation screws (6) (Important, make sure
that the screws have the same strength
of tightening).
3.
Insert the tool holder in the shank, make
sure that the screw (5) is 2-2.5mm above
the face.
4.
Set the inclinaison using the setting
screw (3) and block the tool holder by
tightening the screw (4).
5.
During the mounting or the dismounting
of the cutting tools, block the broach on
flats planned for that purpose.

- Program M151 code to drive gang tool post away in
xX axis
- Call tool T14
- Call tool T11, T12 or T13
