EN Mounting instructions
MS41 Mount the flexible coupling 1 on the encoder shaft;

fix the encoder to the flange 2 using the screws 3 (and the fixing

clamps if needed);
mount the flexible coupling 1 on the motor shaft, then secure the

flange 2 to the motor (or to the support);
make sure the misalignment tolerances of the flexible coupling 1

are respected.

 Mount the encoder on the motor shaft; never force the encoder
shaft;
fasten the fixing plate 4 to the rear of the motor using two M3 x 8

cylindrical head screws 5;
fix the encoder shaft using the two grub screws M3 x 3 3.

ES Instrucciones de montaje
MS41 Montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del encoder;

fijar el encoder a la brida 2 mediante los tornillos 3 (y mediante las

excéntricas de fijación de ser necesario);
montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del motor, después fijar

la brida 2 al motor (o al soporte);
asegurarse de que se respetan las tolerancias de desalineación

permitidas por el acoplamiento elástico 1.
MSC41 Montar el encoder en el eje del motor sin forzar el eje del encoder;

fijar la placa de fijación 4 en la parte posterior del motor mediante

los dos tornillos 5 de cabeza cilíndrica tipo M3 x 8;
fijar el eje encoder mediante los dos tornillos M3 x 3 3.


MS41 Montare il giunto elastico 1 sull'encoder;

fissare l'encoder alla flangia di fissaggio 2 mediante le viti 3 (e le

graffe se necessario);
montare il giunto elastico 1 sull'albero del motore, poi fissare la

flangia 2 al motore (o al supporto);
assicurarsi che le tolleranze di disallineamento ammesse dal giunto

elastico 1 siano rispettate.

 Inserire l'encoder sull'albero del motore; evitare sforzi sull'albero
encoder;
fissare la molla di fissaggio 4 sul retro del motore utilizzando due

viti M3 x 8 a testa cilindrica 5;
fissare l'albero encoder mediante i due grani M3 x 3 3.


MS41 Monter le joint élastique 1 sur l'arbre du codeur;

fixer le codeur à la bride 2 au moyen des vis 3 (et au moyen des

excentriques de fixation s'il s'avère nécessaire) ;
monter le joint élastique 1 sur l'arbre du moteur, ensuite fixer la

bride 2 au moteur (ou bien au support);
s'assurer que les tolérances de mauvais alignement admises par le

joint élastique 1 soient respectées.
MSC41 Monter le codeur sur l'arbre moteur; ne pas forcer l'arbre codeur

pendant l'installation;
fixer la plaquette de fixation 4 à la partie postérieure du moteur en

utilisant deux vis type M3 x 8 à tête cylindrique 5;
fixer l'arbre codeur en utilisant les deux boulons sans tête M3 x 3 3.


MS41 Die Kupplung 1 auf den Geber montieren;

Geber mit dem Adapterflansch 2 verschrauben (notfalls die

Servoklammer benutzen);
die Kupplung 1 auf die Motorwelle montieren und den

Adapterflansch 2 auf den Motor (oder auf den Trägen) anschrauben;
es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die zulässigen Toleranzen der

Kupplung 1 eingehalten werden.

 Geber auf die Motorwelle montieren; Belastungen der Geberwelle
vermeiden;
Befestigungsfeder 4 auf der Rückseite des Motors mit Verwendung

zwei M3 x 8 Zylinderschrauben 5 befestigen;
 Madenschrauben anziehen.
