- The RCCB must be used correctly, including
testing it regularly. For tools supplied with an
integral RCCB in the cable or in the mains plug,
if the cable or plug has been damaged, repairs
must be carried out by the manufacturer, one of
his agents or by a qualified repair workshop to
avoid any risks resulting from errors.
- Make sure that the mains voltage
corresponds with that marked on the
manufacturer's plate on the machine.
- Use the following types of plug, single
phase 2 P + E

Sponge assembly
Unplug the cleaner by disconnecting
the power supply.
Remove the cover
(4) - [Fig.2].
Remove the sponge support -
the thumb nuts
(1).
• Loosen the sponge support thumb nuts
• Bring the two sponge support rollers together, i.e.
glide the largest of the rollers into the intended
opening, towards the other roller.
• Maintain the large roller in this position, by slightly
tightening the thumb nuts
• Present the sponge support by placing it in the
sponge standing on the floor
Take into consideration the rotating direction
which is indicated by an arrow on the
sponge, and on one of the rollers.
Use the levers to stretch the sponge,
tighten the thumb nuts
the right.
• Complete the operation by simultaneously locking
the thumb nuts
(11).
It is essential to tighten the thumb nuts
at the maximum for perfect alignment of
the rollers.
The sponge strap will not be damaged if
the rollers are correctly aligned.
Reinstall the sponge support, proceeding as per
the disassembly operation in reverse
Press on the top of the sponge
position the drive pinions.
Bear down on the top of the sponge
support, to the left, so that the rollers are
not strained.
• Put the protective cover back.

Starting up
Always take care.
Get into a comfortable, balanced
position.
Before operating remove tools from
both the floor and the machine.
Keep the safety gear case in place
when working.
To start press on the green button of the switch.
• Fill the tank
(9) with water up to 1 cm from the
top of the tank.
• Before starting to clean, let the machine run so
that the sponge can get wet.
• Use the excess water removal lever
to adjust sponge humidity..
• Complete filling of the tank in order to completely
submerge the pump.
• To change the tank water tilt the machine to the
rear
[Fig.7] and remove the pump (without
disconnecting it). The tank can then be emptied
outside of the site.

Stopping
To stop the cleaner, press on the red
button of the switch.

On site use
• Start at the far end of the site.
• Press on the operating lever
sponge into contact with the floor.
• Pull the machine towards you, by stepping back.
The area of tiles cleaned is never walked on.
• If possible clean the tiles diagonally.

Maintenance
(the motor must be stopped)
After each use CLEAN the machine.
CLEAN the sponge after the end of
each site.
Release the operating lever, and
operate the machine.
Strongly dampen the sponge (Excess
water removal lever at minimum).
Squeeze using the excess water
removal lever in its maximum position.
