Safety instructions:
The use of any electrical appliance requires the user to follow
some common-sense safety rules. Failure to comply can cause
damage to the appliance.
Unpack the Bielay Electric Blanket ("Blanket") and ensure it

has not been damaged during transportation or opening.
• When the Blanket is folded, crumpled or used abnormally the
Blanket can overheat which will activate the permanent protection
function. This cannot be repaired at home and should
be returned. Please email us: info@bielay.com.
• If the power voltage is lower than recommend, the temperature of
the Blanket rises slowly. This situation is not a malfunction of the
Blanket. Users should pay attention and check power voltage
level.
