oPeration
1. Set the operation mode switch to position corresponding with voltage in power mains
socket. IMPORTANT: the value on the switch indicates the input voltage!
2. Connect the external device to the converter.
NOTE: make sure the external device is switched off!
3. Then connect the converter to power supply mains socket.
4. Switch on the converter.
5. Switch on the external device.
Before plugging this device to power supply mains, make sure that:
• This device is placed in a well-ventilated location.
• Is properly grounded.
• Voltage on the operation mode switch corresponds with voltage in the power
mains socket.
IMPORTANT: if the operation mode switch is set to the wrong mode, the
!
converter may get damaged and user may risk injured! Damage due to
inappropriate handling and use is not subject to the terms of the warranty!
Note:
• after plugging the device to power supply, output sockets will be under electricity
immediately, even when the equipment is powered off.
• Do not connect this device to overloading equipment (e.g. hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc).
Important!
In case of overload, circuit breaker protection will operate. In such case, switch off the
converter, disconnect it from power supply and external devices. Wait at least 30 minutes
before operating the converter again! Then press in the circuit breaker, reduce the load
and switch the converter back on and then switch the external devices.
Soft start function (URZ3423)
The converter has been equipped in soft start function, which protects installation from
overload in the moment of switching it on.
Switching off
• Switch off external devices;
• Set the converter power switch to "O" to turn it off.
• Disconnect the converter from power mains socket.
• Disconnect the external devices from converter.
cleaning
Clean this device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical agents to clean
this device. Always disconnect the device from the power mains and external devices
before cleaning!
